getting into my cadence
I’m into my third week of remote work (I know others may have been for longer or less). I feel like I’m starting to get into my groove with the change balancing work and just being home. It’s not ideal if I’m being completely honest with myself as I prefer and enjoy being on the road - guess the habits/characters on being a road warriors. I still need to figure out my workouts not having access to a gym but need to get physically in a better spot first.
I would like to try some of the diet plans I’ve been wanting to try but had difficulty executing on because I was on the road. Would be curious to see how a strict meal plan will impact my current. One thing at a time though.
Currently watching: burning through Ozark via Netflix - so good… and the weekly Survivor update (can’t believe it’s been around for as long as it has - definitely interesting strategically)
Currently listening: been playing this “night traffics hip hop jazz” clip from YouTube - it’s 4 hours long so I just have it streaming when I’m not on calls
Currently reading: not much besides the news to stay informed but I do think I need to find something else to read because I might be getting to the point of over-saturation from a news perspective
